Natural Life Account Application

Thank you for your interest in Natural Life and helping us inspire people to give and live happy! To apply to be a retailer, our account application process takes around 7-10 business days and is outlined below. During peak seasons, the process can take a bit longer so we appreciate your patience! Any account information that is skipped or incorrect will lengthen the application processing time.
*Brick and Mortar locations are required. We do not offer zip code exclusivity but do check proximity based on the above criteria for every new application. All locations are subject to Natural Life's approval process. In-home retailers, kiosk locations, Facebook e-tailers, 3rd party sellers, and consignment locations are not permitted.
*If approved, you have 30 days to place your first order before your account is set to inactive
New Account:
*Minimum opening order $500, reorders are $150
*For payment, we accept credit card or net 30 for credit approved customers. We require the first order to be on credit card and you can request terms approval once submitted
*All product must be ordered in minimum quantity increments as listed
*All goods are shipped FOB from Jacksonville, Florida using the best rate (via UPS or USPS) unless otherwise specified.

Reactivating Account:
*If you were previously a wholesale customer, please send an email to nlaccountapplication@naturallife.com with the following information:
*Customer Name, Customer Number (if known), Bill to and Ship to address, Phone, Email, Resale Tax ID
*Minimum reorder amount for reactivating accounts and reorders are $150 minimum
International Account:

Retailer has read the Summarized Terms and Conditions and agrees to abide by them. Retailer represents that the information provided is true and accurate. If applying for credit terms, Retailer authorizes Natural Life to make necessary credit investigations including contacting trade references and obtaining credit reports. If for any reason, my credit card does not process, I will immediately provide another form of payment. I authorize Natural Life to make necessary credit investigations for consideration of granting temporary terms. Pending orders will be placed on hold by Natural Life until the orders are pre-paid and temporary terms are agreed upon. *
